Simple 4 step procedure:
Click on one of the above engraving options to add it to your shopping cart and pay for the engraving at the same time you purchase your product. Send us an EM (dlsenterprises@mchsi.com) telling us what you would like to engrave on the product, and where you would like it located. You can select from any of the fonts in the chart below. If you don't see the font in the list, call or E-Mail for the availability of the font. We will E-Mail you a picture of what the product will look like after the engraving is finished. You let us know if you want any changes. Once you approve the picture, your item is engraved and shipped.
This option must be purchased at the same time as your product and comes with the following conditions: Cost is per line, with maximum of 30 characters/line. NO PROFANITY. If Engraving request includes Profanity or we find it to be Morally Objectionable for any reason, we will not Engrave it. We reserve the right to refuse to Engrave any message for any reason and to refund the Engraving cost of the purchase price if we do not engrave the item. There is no refund on Engraving or Engraved items. Your warranty remains valid, but if a replacement is necessary, the Engraving is not included in the warranty coverage (Your new replacement item can be Engraved at an additional expense). All Engraving orders are prepaid including shipping of the items. Allow up to 3 business days to complete Engraving service before shipping. Your package will be opened to accomodate this service.
