My major critique of most gear suppliers' web-pages is that they use stock photos of items. Most of the time, the item listing could be improved with a couple of added pictures taken to show an angle not in the stock pictures or taken with a common item to show scale. Obviously, this approach isn't possible with all items in stock, but as appropriate, this service would be invaluable to making an informed purchase and increase customer faith and satisfaction with your store as it would show your willingness to go that extra step AND that you were being completely honest with the customer--as opposed to stock company photos which are sometimes taken at an angle to conceal a controversial feature or omission.

You could improve the link to get to your web-site. I had 5 errors trying to access you site. I do like your site and prices. I have also purchased items from you on E-bay. I think to better your site, maybe you can offer repeat customers a percentage off to insure loyalty. I'm sure there are plenty of shoppers out there that are constantly looking for cheaper prices.

Feb 6-  Quick, polite responses. Great variety of items that are decently priced and shipping prices that don't require your first born as a down payment. Jan 30, 2006  There was some problem with the check out on the web-site and I ended up having to fax my order. Great follow up to a faxed order. They went above and beyond my expectations. I found this outfit through Ebay. Since I wanted to buy several items I asked the seller how to complete this task. The seller (David) emailed me back and told me to call him at the toll free number he provided. 

His prices were cheaper on his own site and he was a pleasure to work with. He is the cheapest I have seen dealing with the rechargable flashlights and the other prices look just as good 

I was rebuilding three mag-lites. I got the parts in record time. I was still having problems with one flashlight and emailed him a question. I didn't get a return email but got a phone call after 9PM (my time) and his help got my third light up and running

The prices you offer are the lowest I could find on the web, by at least $5.  Also, when I called to ask questions, all questions were answered quickly, personally, and professionally.  DLS enterprises is also bending over backwards to get me my flashlights before I deploy to Iraq, by scheduling a Saturday pickup and refunding the shipping difference.  If I'm able to use my Visa while deployed, I will be purchasing from DLS while in Iraq!  Excellent prices, and customer support.
