Can I learn my shipping cost without entering my personal information?
Yes you can. The Shopping Cart is designed so all you need to enter is your City, State and Zip code. Your shipping cost will show before any personal information is entered.
After you have added at least one item to your shopping cart, you can click on "Checkout" and you will be taken to a page where you can enter your city and zip code. No personal information is required and you only need to complete this step one time during your visit. As you continue to shop, you can check on your sub-total and shipping rate at any time without completing checkout. Billing and Credit Card information is not required until you are finished with your shopping. Why the $5.00 minimum purchase.
When a credit card or PayPal is used for payment, we experience minimum charges from these companies to process the transaction. In addition, we are careful about how we ship your items and there are minimum costs incurred by us on any transaction.
But, if all we have in our store that you need or want will cost less than $5.00, you can purchase it by sending us a Money Order for your payment and we will ship your item.
Do you take phone orders?
Yes. We are happy to assist you with your order in any way possible. Phone orders are a great way to order if you have questions or need to check our stock. We carry our phones with us wherever we go, so if we are busy with another customer, we will call you back very shortly.

What method of shipping do you use?
We ship by UPS and USPS. USPS package may be sent by First Class or Priority. Parcel Post is available but we ask that you use discretion. The longer your package is in transit, the more opportunity there is for accidents to happen. Our PostMaster says it best when he recommends "you should put the package in the air". This means Priority or First Class.
Domestic UPS shipments include the first $100.00 of insurance at no extra cost. Additional insurance can be purchased. As far as whether you need to purchase insurance, we make no recommendations either way. Both UPS and USPS do a phenomenal job of getting the packages delivered. We've sent thousands of packages with only a handful of problems.
How long will it take to ship my package?
We ship twice a day, Monday thru Friday and once by USPS on Saturday. In most cases, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a UPS tracking # or USPS Delivery Confirmation # almost immediately. This is why it is necessary to make sure you send us your correct E-Mail address and phone number. We'll keep this information private for you.
What happens with my private information?
We use a secure server for your checkout experience. This is the safest possible online transaction you can have. In fact, it beats the snot out of handing your credit card to an unknown waitress or holding it in your hand in a checkout line with people behind and in front of you.
We don't sell or transfer your information to anyone for any reason without your permission. This includes your E-Mail address.
We will not use your E-Mail address to contact you for any reason except to complete your transaction. We do not solicit to you unless you ask us to.
