Having to return an item for defect or satisfaction issues is no fun for either of us. We want to make it as easy as possible for you.
If you're item carries a manufacturers warranty, we will be happy to assist you with resolving any problems with the manufacturer. If it becomes necessary to return an item for refund or replacement, the following guidelines apply:
1. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
2. Full refund or exchange is available on items returned within 14 days of receipt in un-opened condition. A 20% re-stocking fee may apply on non-defective opened items. Contact us first if you have any questions. (877) 829-8022.
3. Refunds must be authorized prior to returning. Call or E-Mail us.
4. All returns must be accompanied by the receipt and an RMA # (Return Merchandise Agreement) available by E-Mail from us. If you have lost your receipt, we have a copy on file that we can E-Mail or fax to you.
5. When you return an item, follow the instructions on the RMA and, most importantly, please indicate the reason for the return.
6. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
7. If you paid for your order by PayPal, your money will be refunded through PayPal's return feature. The same applies with all Credit Card transactions.
8. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the receiving date posted by the shipper (The date you received the package).
9. Your RMA will indicate where you need to send your return. In general, though, you may return merchandise to:
